The subscription includes support for the core components of dSIPRouter.  It includes a 30 channel subscription for the Microsoft Teams module.  This module allows you to connect to Microsoft Teams using Direct Routing.   The following items are part of this support subscription:

• 9am-5pm ET Support (24/7 Support Option is available)
• Basic Install and Configuration with High Availability+
• 2 Hours of support per month
• Added to a private Slack channel for subscribers only
• Microsoft Teams Module (with support up to 30 channels)
• Support for these Use Cases
  • SIP Trunking
  • PBX Hosting
    • FusionPBX Auto Domain Routing
    • FreePBX Domain Auth
  • SIPS to SIP (aka TLS to UDP Proxy)
  • RTP Proxy Support
