We are seeking a dedicated Technical Support Engineer to join our team and provide exceptional support to our subscribers.
Position Overview: As a Technical Support Engineer at dSIPRouter, you will be the primary point of contact for our subscribers, assisting them with technical issues, deployments, and upgrades. Your role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and the continuous improvement of our products.
Key Responsibilities:

Customer Support: Provide prompt and effective technical assistance to dSIPRouter subscribers via phone, email, and chat.

Deployment Assistance: Guide new subscribers through the initial setup and configuration of dSIPRouter, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.

Upgrade Support: Assist existing customers with system upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption and optimal performance.

Feedback Management: Collect and document customer feedback, identifying common issues and potential areas for enhancement.

Issue Escalation: Collaborate with the development team to escalate and resolve complex technical problems.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions to contribute to the knowledge base.
Qualifications:

Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Linux systems and proficiency in Python scripting.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with a focus on clarity and customer satisfaction.

Problem-Solving: Demonstrated analytical skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.

Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers.

Experience with SIP/Kamailio: Familiarity with SIP protocols and Kamailio is highly desirable.

GoLang Experience: Experience with GoLang is a plus but not required.
