This is a flat-rate service for developing a single Voice AI Agent with the following configuration

  • The Voice AI Agent will be trained based on information from a website or a similar source of information

  • Configure a set of tasks you want the Voice AI Agent to handle (i.e generate quotes, send information, answer frequently asked questions, etc)

  • Route the caller to a live person or take a message so that someone can call the person back

  • The agent can be integrated with your existing PBX or can be integrated with your existing SIP Provider.  Only SIP Providers that support REFER can be used when needing to transfer to a live person.
