Expiration of Support Hours
Unused support hours will expire after one (1) year of purchase. This means that unused support hours will not be available on your account after 1 year of purchase. It’s not the responsibility of dOpenSource to notify you that you have unused support time. The My Account / Dashboard page on this site will provide you with your currently available hours.
Marketing and References
We may use your company logo and name for marketing purposes. We will not disclose any confidential information about your company, details of your technical issue or any contact information for referrals without contacting you or a representative from your company first. If you prefer to opt-out of this you can simply send a note to email@example.com and make the subject of the email: “opt-out of using logo for marketing”
Returns and Refunds Policy
We do not issue refunds for support services once the order is confirmed and processed.
