- Employee Phone Number Lookup – If an inbound call is from an employee we route the call to an automated attendant. Otherwise, we route them to a live receptionist. This reduces the amount of calls to the receptionist and allows them to focus on helping customers.
- System/Network Status Updates – Enable the ability to provide system updates to end users.
- Job Check In – The ability for contractors and employees to call into the system and report their status.
