This subscription is billed annually.

The following items are part of this support subscription:

• 9am-8pm ET Support, Monday-Friday (24/7 Support Option is available)
• 24 Hours of support per year
• Native STIR/SHAKEN Support
• Support for these Use Cases
  • SIP Trunking
  • PBX Hosting
    • FusionPBX Auto Domain Routing
    • FreePBX Domain Auth
  • TLS to SIP
  • RTP Proxy Support
• API – Ability to configure programmatically

• At least 2 subscriptions needs to be purchased if wanting support with High Availability
• The subscription is a 12 month commitment.  Your company will be banned from support for 12 months if the subscription is canceled.
