- Can open tickets online or via the phone.
- 2 hours of support per month
- SLA: 1 day for normal issues and 1 hour for emergency issues
- Covers: Asterisk or FreeSWITCH based systems
- Provide Monitoring of operating system, disk space and other core metrics
- Does not include provisioning and managing extensions – we will help your troubleshoot the extension and/or phone. But, we aren’t your day-to-day admin.
- Development and Deployment of new systems.
- Doesn’t include Kamailio based systems. But, the next tier up does!
This is billed per month, but this is an annual commitment.
