Includes:

  • Support from 9am-8pm ET
  • Can open tickets online or via the phone.
  • 2 hours of support per month
  • SLA: 1 day for normal issues and 1 hour for emergency issues
  • Covers: Asterisk, FreeSWITCH or Kamailio based systems
  • Provide Monitoring of operating system, disk space and other core metrics

Doesn’t Include:

  • Does not include provisioning and managing extensions – we will help your troubleshoot the extension and/or phone.  But, we aren’t your day-to-day admin.
  • Development and Deployment of new systems.

This is billed per month, but this is an annual commitment.
