dSIPRouter Core Subscription (monthly)

Description

The subscription includes support for the core components of dSIPRouter.    The following items are part of this support subscription:

• 9am-5pm ET Support (24/7 Support Option is available)
• 2 Hours of support per month
• Support for these Use Cases
  • SIP Trunking
  • PBX Hosting
    • FusionPBX Auto Domain Routing
    • FreePBX Domain Auth
  • TLS to SIP
  • RTP Proxy Support
• API – Ability to configure programmatically
• CDR’s /with call duration for billing
• Native STIR/SHAKEN Support

+At least 2 subscriptions needs to be purchased if wanting High Availability (HA).  We recommend purchasing the dSIPRouter HA Setup Service
* The subscription is a 12 month commitment.  Your company will be banned from support for 12 months if the subscription is canceled.
