The subscription includes support for the core components of dSIPRouter.  It includes a 5 channel License subscription for the Microsoft Teams module.  This module allows you to connect to Microsoft Teams using Direct Routing.   The following items are part of this support subscription:

• 9am-5pm ET Support (24/7 Support Option is available)
• 2 Hours of support per month
• Native STIR/SHAKEN Support
• Support for these Use Cases
  • SIP Trunking
  • PBX Hosting
    • FusionPBX Auto Domain Routing
    • FreePBX Domain Auth
  • SIPS to SIP (aka TLS to UDP Proxy)
  • RTP Proxy Support
• API – Ability to configure programmatically

+At least 2 subscriptions needs to be purchased if wanting support with High Availability
