This subscription is billed annually.
The following items are part of this support subscription:
- 9am-8pm ET Support, Monday-Friday (24/7 Support Option is available)
- Basic Install and Configuration with High Availability+
- 24 Hours of support per year
- Access to our learning portal
- Added to a private Slack channel for subscribers only
- Support for these Use Cases
- SIP Trunking
- PBX Hosting
- FusionPBX Auto Domain Routing
- FreePBX Domain Auth
- TLS to SIP
- RTP Proxy Support
- API – Ability to configure programmatically
- At least 2 subscriptions needs to be purchased if wanting support with High Availability
- The subscription is a 12 month commitment. Your company will be banned from support for 12 months if the subscription is canceled.
